Have you had a fantasy or desire that feels too vulnerable to share? You think about the "what if" I could tell my partner, then this great thing would happen. Being open and honest has its challenges for sure.
This workshop is about letting your partner in so you both can come closer.
**Discover what it means to your partner to share your sexual thoughts.
**Help each other with instruction and letting them know what feels good.
**Learning to trust each other, even if it gets odd or uncomfortable.
**Identify what feels natural to you vs. what you feel you "should" be doing.
Let's have fun while expanding your minds, your ideas and your relationship in new ways. This is for SINGLES and COUPLES. We all have things to discover about sensuality, intimacy and openness.
As a therapist I will share some valuable tools to build confidence, trust and safety. There will be plenty of space for Q&A and open dialog.
